It's faster how much we can't tell you that! The problem with EV and EV articles like this give people a false narrative that EVs charge up fast when in fact it takes several hours to charge.

Why is that? Hear about trips that would have cost $3,000 in gas but only cost them $1,000 with the EV. Yet don't talk about from a 1% to 100% charge takes 8 hours or more. They don't talk about the cost of the hotel room or what they are doing during the 8-hour charge.

Not saying that people should not do research on EVs before buying them but articles like this give a false narrative making it sound like it charges as fast as you fill at the pump!

I had been looking at EV for about three years and never in one article of the hundreds I read talked about the 8+ hour charge time. A lot don't even talk about the extra money you have to spend for a home charger and set-up costs adding another $5,000 to the total price.

Nice try there. That's NikoB, not you. The rest is true, VTEC all day every day.

We have similar in Israel already for a while. Not necessarily from Tesla but all the different charging companies show you how fast, how much used, cost, etc. There is also an app that tells you how much each company charges at the stations.

Also, so far I've seen the same UI from all chargers.  It also automatically charged your cc that's saved to the app.

Tesla now shows the price of electricity per kWh and the speed with which other EVs are charging at its first V4 Supercharger in the UK. It recently opened for other electric cars and offers a card payment terminal.
