It's great to see ASUS still committed to the Zenfone line. However, I do think that ASUS should make a midrange-tier Zenfone Lite. There are a lot of people who still want compact-sized phones but not flagship-tier SoCs. Even the Snapdragon 778G is still good enough for average consumers' daily use.

A Taiwanese news outlet reports that Asus plans to shutter its ZenFone division altogether. The resources will instead be reallocated to the ROG Phone department via internal restructuring.
