As per my personal experience, Bose doesn't care much about customer care and service support after the sales are done. They charge almost equal amount to fix their small repairs and non responsive service.
I would encourage consumers to look for other better products before finalising Bose products

I will never purchase a Bose product again. Overpriced and underperformance. Connection issues and customer service was subpar
