During its Gamescom 2023 event, Nvidia demoed updates to its RTX technology stack. The company showed how developers can integrate AI-based tools such as Nvidia ACE and SteerLM to breathe new life into game NPCs and offer enhanced interactivity and liveliness. Nvidia also spoke about DLSS 3.5's ray reconstruction that overcomes some of the limitations of using a denoiser for more natural lighting and global illumination.
