Zen 5c is NOT an "E-cores"!!! This author is either clueless or technologically illiterate. Comparing that to Intel's Atom core crap is doing AMD a MASSIVE disservice. Zen 5c will just be Zen 5 with less L3 cache and a lower clock-speed target. That's it.
Apart from some unusual core clocks and cache readings reported by CPU-Z and HWiNFO, the alleged Ryzen 8000 Strix Point engineering sample still features AVX-512 instructions, while both its P-cores and E-cores support multithreading.
