The mid-cycle update to the Tesla Model 3, known colloquially as the Highland refresh, appears to be getting rather close to the end of its development cycle, according to recent reports. Not only that, but it appears that the release of the new Model 3 will also usher in a price drop for the Model 3 to bring the base price down to under US$35,000.
