Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, claims, yet again, that the holy grail of the Full Self-Driving is just around the corner. Based on the CEO's comments on the matter, it appears as though Tesla is moving its vehicle instructions over to an AI-based system that would use a neural net to control the vehicle, instead of a set of pre-determined instructions.
