While the first 3 nm chips from big companies like Apple could launch in late 2023, obscure companies like MicroBT already offer 3 nm technology to cryptominers for a substantial premium. MicroBT's M56S++ model was recently discovered to feature ASICs produced on Samsung's first gen 3 nm nodes with gate-all-around transistor design.
