Was interested until I read USB2.0 speeds.

With no MicroSD slot, the only way to get those big 4K60 videos off the phone, is through painfully slow USB? Deal breaker.

I was disappointed in 2017 when my OnePlus 5T had USB2.0 speeds, I will never buy another phone without USB3.0.

What is the use of 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD, if it is impossible to use this "miracle" as a laptop with an external monitor, keyboard and mouse?

This is a shameful grin with an overstated minimum at least 1.5 times at a price at all.

In addition, on the disgusting low-frequency PWM AMOLED, which is extremely harmful to the eyes of all people, without exception, are especially children whose nervous system is only stabilized. Well, this need microLED without low-frequency PWM or just IPS from 2000:1+, but not this abomination.

Again, the chambers are wretched. There is no clear description on the supported bitrate video in 4K@60FPS (where 120FPS, ASUS and 8K@60FPS), as well as shameful SELFIE with antique 1080p@30HZ, while the iPhone 4K@60FPS.

A little small and funny battery - where is all the progress? In such a case, the buyer has the right to expect 6500mAh (25Wh+).

At bunch prices for DRAM/NAND, such overstated prices are simply ridiculous to customers.

I agree it can be expensive and you should expect more things in the phone for the price like better usb version and better pwm and such amount of ram for such small amount of updates you get is kinda nonsense (the storage that depends a lot of the user, for me I don't need more than 128gb but there is people who use the phone for more demanding activities, not necesarily as a laptop) or better charge , but not about the battery, not at all, it's a bit chunky, yes, but anyway it's a really small device, there's no logic reason to expect 6500mAh on such small device, if you want big batteries, look for big phones o big ruggedized phones, that's it.

Of course, the buyer has the right to want whatever they want, 8k displays on 5.5 inches phones, 1 Gigapixel sensors, 350w fast charge, 20 watt speakers, other thing is if that expectations make any sense at all, which is not the case of expecting that battery capacity, look at all the devices of the same size, it has a really good battery capacity for the size and if you look the device inside, you can see there's not space to add more batttery, really condensed double layer motherboard, lots of modular compact parts, vapor chambers intergrated into the chasis, you will realize what you ask is impossible.

Also, okay, the PWM is low, but not an abomination, that's an exageration, you can totally use the device, and last but not the least, I wouldn't either buy to a child such an expensive device either lend it at all because the lack of sense of responsability and the excesive exposure a lot of kids already have no matter the state of the nervous system so it doesn't make that much sense to use that situation as a good example

"According to the manufacturer, there should be 4 years of updates, plus 2 new versions of the operating system, i.e. up to Android 15."

pass. Too little. And people wonder why iphone sells so much.

Give me 6 years of security updates + 4 years of major updates.
Or just >=6 years of updates like it should be.

Despite being highly desirable for its size, jack and finger print reader, this Zenfone 10 is way too expensive. Especially considering only two upcoming Android updates. I miss flagship killers.

Palm-sized smartphones are becoming increasingly rare, so the Zenfone 10 is just right: it promises a lot of power in a compact format at comparatively moderate prices. Find out in our review whether buyers have to make compromises.
