Google need to burn a lot of money for the R&D of SoC. Like, Apple invests a lot that's why their chips are both powerful and efficient.

Don't know what Samsung is doing with their foundry and their SoC (Exynos).

According to a new report, Google has missed deadlines to release its first TSMC-derived chipset next year. Instead, the company is now looking towards 2025, during which it is expected to offer up the Tensor G5, likely in the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro.
