Lol, someone is totally unfamiliar with DLSS and FSR/RSR. 1080p to 1440p with FSR 1.0 is between Ultra and Quality presets.

There is also plenty of examples where DLSS quality have more details than native 4K and native 1440p. Example here and I recommend to watch the vid to anyone who believes that
