The next-generation Nintendo console, commonly called the Switch 2, appears to be a long way off yet but that hasn't stopped company president Shuntaro Furukawa from dropping some tiny hints about future hardware. At the very least, wannabe Nintendo Switch 2 scalpers will be in for a fight and backwards compatibility has been hinted at via Nintendo Accounts.
