Look up closely, it doesn't even have Lenovo branding.
And on image with laptop it's showed with MacBook instead Lenovo devices.
And I didn't found any official announcement from Lenovo.
Maybe it is just some local co-branding thing for China.

Lenovo has unveiled a new Type-C 12-in-1 Docking Station, which it will crowdfund in China. The gadget lets you connect up to three monitors simultaneously, with two 4K HDMI ports and a DisplayPort. Other interfaces include Gigabit Ethernet, SD card slots, and integrated USB-C cable for 100W pass-through charging.
