About as much as you can hope to dissipate in a regular mini-ITX case as well. The 7900 could make a great stealth power build.

That's a great price for the 7900 especially since it's not locked and you can easily get it up to 7900X levels of performance. However, I would run it at around 100-120W for large power efficiency gains over the 7900X and not much lower performance. Running it at 65W is too big a hit to performance IMO.
