That's a pretty generic name, generic enough that I didn't think it would be TM-able. Vision is just an unmodified English word, and Pro here is the widely accepted (for decades) short for Professional, neither word, nor their combination should be regarded as unique, is that supposed to be acceptable as a trademark?
In choosing an official product name for its "first spatial computer", Apple apparently blanked on the fact that another major electronics OEM also calls its flagship AR glasses the "Vision" series. Furthermore, it seems that Huawei did in fact trademark the name Vision Pro in China well in advance, meaning the Cupertino-based giant may now have a problem introducing its first-gen XR headset to that major market.
