Let's start with the cons of the MSI Stealth 17 Studio series (i.e. a series for creators, not players!):
Key EPIC FAIL, according to NB review:
1. Extremely poor color accuracy screen - dE>2.5! But I draw your attention to the fact that the author pointed to the same number BEFORE calibration. Consequently, the author did not conduct real measurements and did not perform his work in good faith under the contract with NB.
2. The flicker test is a clear crap. The author must apologize and either we, the readers, ignore this part, which means that part of the author's work is not done in good faith in terms of screen measurements.
3. Weak performance of the i9 13900, it is about 30% worse than the norm.
4. The memory speed is about 10% worse than the norm for ddr5 5600.
5. Again completely spoiled numpad on the layout, which excludes easy switching and fast blind work with the keyboard after the normal desktop one. MSI fire those who make such variants from series to series - you are hurting yourself in mass sales, especially series for work, not games! Make at least a keyboard like in Lenovo Legion!
6. Once again, I draw the attention of the authors of the reviews to the technically incorrect information about HDMI 2.1 (8K/60 Hz) support. This is physically impossible without lossy compression (analogue of mp3 vs flac for example) DSC. And only with such compression even full HDMI 2.1 (48Gbps) is able to transmit the most primitive version of 8k@60Hz - only with 24-bit color. Only the full version of DP2.0+ (80Gbps) is capable of transmitting lossless signal 8k@60Hz 24-36 bit in 4:4:4.
On the positive side, according to the review - only a reduced noise level, which is very good for a working environment.
In general, without a normal conscientious review (primarily on the key point - the quality of the screen), it is impossible to make a conclusion about the possibility of a purchase for a meticulous buyer.
If the price is close to the one stated in the review, it is better to look for other models. The price does not match what a person expects for 5000 euros. This model should have an AMD 7945HX (although we will immediately lose up to 1.5 times in terms of the speed of the RAM, which will negatively affect the work in the same Photoshop), but in general performance the gain will still be more than 1.5 times. Depends on the range of "creative" tasks of course.
