Crop factor means any lens has twice the reach it would have on full frame (while being a whole lot lighter and smaller than the equivalent!). 40-150 gets you the equivalent of 80-300, and that's before adding a teleconverter.

Micro Four Thirds is an interesting concept in a world where every camera manufacturer has its own lens mount that works with a limited lens selection. The collaborative effort between the likes of Panasonic, OM Systems, Blackmagic Design, Leica, and DJI, among others, instead developed a lens mount and sensor ecosystem in an attempt to achieve inter-compatibility and openness that was sorely lacking in the photography world.
