Such offers on the market should simply be ignored. It is better to write about those with at least 1 year warranty, and preferably 3 years, as it should be for new video cards.

In Germany for interesting used models, it starts at €580 with the typical condition "no return if defect". Way too expensive and the sale condition is unacceptable. Without working used market, it is no surpise that new 4070 are selling at least a bit in Germany for €630+.

they are only $300-450 usd used if you live in the us.  ebay is crammed full of them.

Objectively this is not a good result. 70-class of cars has always been faster than the previous generation 80-series while being cheaper by a substantial amount.

The 4070 is only as fast as the 3080 and is barely cheaper, with the only thing being that it's got a lower power draw... Which no one cared about all last generation anyway, so I don't see how anyone can make that point.

We need AMD to vibe-check the green team. Only way this will change.

In my country they sell the new gen GPU at 2-3 times the MSRP - so it is cheaper to buy a new 3080 at 1000$ usd - compare to new 4070

Diese 3D-Spiele-Leistung interessiert mich gar nicht. Die Stärke der 4070 ist bei den meisten anderen Anwendungen.
