I'm somewhat sceptical on this claim, the Exynos 2200 was tested in EMEA, not its domestic market, Samsung wouldn't want to lose its market share there because its 10 cores monstruosity will need to get underclocked in order to not catch fire.
A South Korean media report says Samsung plans to bring back Exynos chips in 2024. The ten-core Exynos 2400 will power some Galaxy S24 variants in South Korea.
