Not on a cold day in hell would I buy the X variant and Australian pricing is ludicrous like all Surface laptops. Until Qualcomm can make a true Apple M2/3 competitor and M$ can make a good ARM specific version of windows, no thanks. Just wait for a light and thin laptop with an AMD Phoenix APU.
Although the ARM-based Microsoft Surface Pro X may not be the most successful device the software behemoth's lineup, the good-looking 4G LTE Windows tablet may be worth consideration for some users as it is currently sold at a huge discount.
