Why the hell can't ASUS do a properly ISO shape keyboard with a big enter key rather than this half way nonesense? They clearly make engineering concessions to do so why not actually satisfy their EU market and be seen as competitive with lenovo.

Finally a matte OLED display option! Not discounting continued appreciation for the size + res + aspect ratio, I do agree with other comments in wishing that it had a higher refresh rate. That goes for the full set of models that use this panel.

100% agree, Robert, and it's the reason why I'm not a fan of MacBooks (sans some rare exceptions that are PWM-free somehow). But still, it's not 240 Hz that's literally noticeable with one's own eyes and those eyes doesn't need to be perfect to easily see it :/

The 14880 Hz are better but still flickering hurting some people's health immediately and we do not know if it can hurt many people's health in the long term.

So for slightly less money you get a far better build quality, a bit better keyboard, superior trackpad and quite better 120 Hz screen that also won't destroy your eyes with 240 Hz PWM.

You also get much better performance that won't drop when choosing quieter profiles because it's dead silent and it is not pushing 53.6 dB (!!!) of noise in your ears. You also won't lose any of performance on battery plus you get much better battery life than here. As a bonus you also get infinitely better speakers and better camera. Again - all of that for less money.

Yes I'm talking about the base model (16/512) M1 Pro MacBook Pro 14. Unless one REAAAALLY hates their own eyes and needs Windows then getting that mentioned MBP is a no-brainer in comparison with this laptop here.
