It would be fair to say that the Intel ARC GPUs launched in rough shape due to unoptimized drivers. Hardware Unboxed has now retested the ARC A770 with the driver version 4123 to see how much better the GPU has gotten over the months. Overall, while games relying on the modern DirectX versions see mentionable improvement, the performance differences in CS: GO using DX9 are night and day.
