Tesla is the best and has the most charging sites and ports. Some even have solar PV shade and Battery storage. Others that have been forced into service by government penalty like Electrify America and EVGO.
No this is not true, the only chargers with a 20% or so failure rate are Tesla chargers which glitch out because they are always getting updates. Get your facts right! Any chargers other than Tesla superchargers are completly reliable.
What a completely dishonest hit piece of an article. In the past year I have charged at tesla superchargers 101 times with only 1 failure, thats over 99%. No such thing as an honest or objective journalist these days, just a bunch of activists.
Very dishonest article when it uses a picture of a Tesla mobile service truck for the article when Tesla chargers have like 90+% uptime and this articles data is from 3rd party chargers.
At the worst state of charging reliability, nearly 40% of EV charging attempts across the US resulted in failure last year, up from 15% in 2021. On the whole, one in five electric vehicle charging sessions didn't go through in 2022, as chargers were plagued by vandalism and software or hardware glitches.
