look at comparison 1, did you swapped the S23 and S22? how is the one on the right better?

Set sharp to medium softness in camera assistant, turn off scene optimizer and use auto night mode,not dedicated

Are all these tests only on jpg? All it seems to me is the S23 images have much higher NR.

Show us properly processed RAW images from both cameras. Samsung's jpg's are horrible, oversharpened and overprocessed. They look garbage at 100%
