PCMCIA gab es soweit ich weiss 16 und 32 bit als standard, dein p120 wird nur 16 bit breite karten unterstützen und alle späteren waren 32 bit, zwar steckkompatibel aber sonst funktionieren die nicht.

Hallo
Ich bastle gerade an einem alten Toshiba Tecra700CT Notebook (P120MHz,48Mb Ram) herum,habe jetzt WIN98SE drauf und habe jetzt ein Problem mit der PCMCIA Karte. In der Systemsteuerung und Gerätemanager ist alles O.K.nur wenn ich den USB Adapter
reinstecke tut sich gar nichts wie wenn der Slot Stromlos wäre. Auch dier Hardwaresuche bringt nichts.
Wäre es eventuell möglich daß das System eine neue Karte nicht mehr unterstützt?
