Every time I see an article about a new phone I click to try to find a picture of the front and see if it had a flat screen. And every single time (unless it's not an otherwise premium phone) it has a stupid curve that shows glare at the edge even on the stock photo/render. Then I skip the article. Please, can this insanity stop? Can we finally acknowledge that this is stupid? It adds cost, it delivers no benefit, it makes the phone vulnerable to accidents, it makes the edge of the screen unusable, whether it is for viewing content (glare) or for actually touching it. It's about time this ends.
Motorola has submitted the global version of the Moto X40 to the Google Play Console ahead of the device's release.
