The link you've provided: 'sumahodigest.com/?p=16494' simply cites the same anonymous gsmarena comment as the source. Read the bottom of the article. A random comment in a gsmarena forum is not sufficient evidence.

Why would they not downgrade the screen to not be 4K that makes absolutely no sense to go from a 4K screen down to a QHD screen
