If Apple wants to do this, they should also put macOS on M1/M2 iPad Pro and iPad Air. iPadOS is nothing more than a glorified iOS for tablets. Leave iPadOS to any iPad that runs on Bionic SoCs.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has learned that Apple is working on a touch-enabled MacBook Pro. It is expected to feature an OLED panel and could be unveiled in 2025, at the earliest.
