A renewed product is a factory refurbished product, so it's certified to be good as new. Hey, most retailers charge fees for them to check the products before sending so you don't get a DOA. You should also keep in mind that some renewed products were simply shown in stores or purchased, unboxed, sometimes used for a few days and then returned, in some cases simply returned because the color was not as expected or the size didn't fit after all. If you see a problem with that and can't live with it, all right. I am sure that I'm not the only one absolutely not bothered by not being the first to break a seal... :P
