the only good leaker is ice universe that do this hobby for many years, the others just woke up last morning and started to catch followers inventing&writing what passing in their mind. these leakers are boring like for the long story of TSMC 5nm or 3nm M2pro/Max that is a green story even for mark gurman that is a cautious leaker.  unfortunately S23 hasn't a cooling fan like nubia or it can be a decent luxury phone for the price that reach easily in few yars like iPhone. S22 is still sold for 900$

I haven't been able to break 40% usage and I take quite a few photos and videos.
Lol, storage is dirt cheap these days, even amid chip shortages that are supposedly over, even then storage wasnt as expensive as big name companies were trying to make you think it was!
Apple comes to my mind as one of the biggest offenders in this regard, asking 220 euros for every 256GB upgrade.

Maybe they will be upping the camera resolution and storage costs are so cheap nowadays. Maybe it is easier for them to have one less SKU to worry about with both marketing, warranties and repairs.

All three of the phones in the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will come with a minimum of 256 GB storage, according to a new leak. The lineup, which features the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, is expected to be launched in February. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will apparently feature a 1 TB variant.
