The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are right around the corner, with both smartphones set to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Early Geekbench 5 scores suggest that this chipset change alone will yield massive performance improvements compared to the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro, which utilised the much-maligned Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
