Not many who have played Cyberpunk to completion thinks the story could be considered underwhelming. In, fact the story was received by many as a high point of the game as well as the characters within it. This game had many problems on release and some still persist even today, but the story as a whole wasn't one of them. You gave us factual information regarding whether of not the DLC will be free and we can appreciate that, however the rest of the article indicates why there's a serious disconnect between the general population of gamers, and games journalists. You guys just aren't taken seriously these days and unfortunately, you aren't helping to quell that sentiment with your comment.
Underwhelming story? I'm curious about how you even manage to play video games if you're dumb, deaf, and blind? You'd have to be if you describe the story of cp2077 as "underwhelming". Maybe you should stick to pinball.
I've got absolutely no issues paying for this dlc. The base game was so good, and I've gotten so many hours out of playing it. I already know that I'm going to love the dlc. I just hope it is moderately lengthy.
Gamers will have to pay for Cyberpunk 2077's first (and only) story-driven DLC, Phantom Liberty. It will likely cost between US$10 and US$20 and launch sometime in early 2023.
