Since the 4090 still uses the 3090 decoder for HEVC, maybe it is the same for AV1?

Besides revealing the advantages of the Intel Arc A770, the AV1 8K decoding test performed through the CapFrameX tool also exposes some unexpected optimization problems with the Nvidia RTX 4090, as well as some perplexingly low scores coming from AMD's RX 6800 XT card.
