According to new reports, Huawei is not preparing to release the Watch 4 and Watch GT 4 series until sometime next year, likely two years after the release of the Watch 3 and the Watch 3 Pro. In the meantime, Huawei is expected to bring the Watch GT Cyber to market, although perhaps only in China for the time being.
