After a few years of rumors, it looks like Apple's in-house 5G modem is still not ready to see the light. According to insiders familiar with the matter, the iPhone 16, expected to arrive in 2024, will use chips that Qualcomm still has to unveil, so Apple's own 5G solution will not be ready before 2025.
