According to reputed analyst Ross Young, the iPhone SE 4 will ship with a 6.1-inch IPS LCD screen. He previously revealed that the next-gen compact iPhone would hit the market with a 5.7-6.1-inch display with a notch for the selfie shooter. It is not clear yet when this handset will arrive, but late 2023 or early-mid 2024 are possible choices.
