As real practice shows, no key changes that significantly improve interaction with hardware will be added in old versions of M$. This is easily traced from version to version. Did M$ by 2014, when XP support was finished, be hard to add GPT support to it (which by the way works fine in WS2003), normal TCP/IP stack with SMB 2.0+ (for normal operation 1+ gigabit over cable) and normal disk speeds in SATA2+/USB3.0? Or work of decoders through DVXA2? All this was easy to add, elementary, with any service pack (a hundred megabytes in size). But nothing was added, although everything was ready back in 2003-2005, long before the end of support for XP. All this was deliberately held back for Vista, which was quickly merged (and now even a modern browser cannot be installed in it, although it is 64-bit) in favor of W7.
So do not flatter yourself - new hardware under W10 is normal (it will never work at full speed and with maximum capabilities, and some valuable reappearing not immediately obvious opportunities will not be added there anymore if they appeared in W11, despite all its wretchedness ergonomics and core.
And so it repeats every time. As soon as the station thimblers from M$ realize that they have reached a dead end in pumping money out of the population and business in the old OS, more or less brought to mind, they come up with a new alpha-version OS and, in this form, sell it to everyone using the population and business as alpha-beta-etc..testers. As a result, using each new version from M$ is more and more disgusting and at the same time it is possible only towards the end of its official life cycle, but by this moment the difference in various improvements with the new hardware is such that they do not intentionally add to the old OS that you forced to switch to a new OS.
At the same time, they are well aware that there is no serious alternative to them in the world. All versions of linux (Unix) occupy at not most than 5% of the market, MacOS is a thing in itself and is not very suitable for doing business. As a result, the whole world is under the yoke of M$, and driven there voluntarily. With which I congratulate everyone.
