Yep, the court claiming that it's too hard for users to use the system correctly is a bit like claiming that it's too much of a bother to change from Drive to Reverse.

Tesla is not perfect, but its nav is years ahead of completion.

My model 3 does the random breaking. I am obviously not entrepreneurial enough to sue Tesla. But it seems to interpret any light difference as objects. So here in Aus with good sunlight it brakes at the shadows formed on the road, e.g exiting a tunnel.

Auto pilot is generally not a bad feature, I would just not recommend it in city driving and leave it for the highway where it excels.
