I don't think that creating complex cooling solutions is the proper solution for laptop gaming.
I love gaming, but I hate the profit race Intel/Amd/Nvidia play. Constantly increasing raw proccesing power, and electric power needed.
230W+ chargers for portable devices...silly. And this huge wather thing for LAP-TOP (computer on your lap)...even more silly.
I would stop using it after 2 times and decide it's easier to by gaming rig and let it sit there.
So much complexity and thermal loads that gaming laptops last for few years at best, before breaking down and/or getting old. And they cost a small fortune.
It is frustrating race...and I hate this race, because end users get the worst of it.
They focus on increase of raw power so much, that developers don't have time to properly optimize software, so end users buy underperforming, electricity guzzling, inefficient, cumbersome, hot, noisy, easy to break, super expensive half-products.
I've never been Apple fan, because I don't like snobbish exclusivity, but with M1/M2 chips they are on the right track for laptops. Powerfull and ligh, super-optimized, so that end user can have quality product that might last a decade, and use it for the gaming too. Because you don't need 1 gazillion shaders, rt cores, or wathewer. You as user need games that are perfectly optimized for the platform.
1.The future is in making profit on software, not on hardware. So that users can confidently use their machines for 10 years
2. The future is in super efficient, light, but powerfull MOBILE chips that have all components inside them, not in power hungry, super old architectures where you have RAM in one room, processor in other room and graphic card in neighbours house.
