Philips no longer manufacturer any consumer electronics or lighting products.
TPV are the Chinese company in question. TPV pay Philips for marketing and branding rights for all audio and visual products worldwide.
Signify purchased Philips lighting several years ago and also pay Philips for marketing and branding rights.
Philips do still exist as an electronics manufacturer but have shifted their focus primarily to 'Health and Wellness' products, like non consumer products in healthcare, CAT scan and MRI machines etc and consumer products like Philishave and baby care items. I would imagine that these items are far more profitable for them. There can't be much profit in 50 inch TV's at 600$€£ to the consumer.
Phillips licenses their name to many Chinese vendors so it is difficult to ok now if this is a quality projector manufactured by Phillipa or projector of dubious quality manufactured by an unknown Chinese company.
It would be helping if the ANSI lumens were provided.
Philips has finally started offering the Screeneo U4, an ultra-short-throw projector revealed in February. Shipping in August 2022, the Screeneo U4 is available at a 50% discount when ordered through Indiegogo. The Screeneo U4 can create between 15-inch and 80-inch projections at 1080p and 60 Hz.
