Sadly this appears to have been a scam. Despite all this it appears kickstarter is still accepting orders.  Stay away and to the editors of this webiste, I recommend updating the article or pulling it down.

This Dockcier is a scam, back the project in Kickstarter in July, no news at all. The creator disappeared.
