Android and Ubuntu Touch are not the only OS options.  There will at least be Lineage and possibly Sailfish also.

The F(x)tec Pro1-X continues its glacial pace to market, having been introduced in late 2020. While F(x)tec's production update may be promising, it is unlikely to deliver on its April 2022 shipment estimate. F(x)tec is not yet ready to provide final shipping and deliver timelines either.
