University of British Columbia researchers have managed to bioprint working tubular structures from human testicular stem cells in order to fight a common causes male infertility. The 3D-printed testicular tubes will now be "coached" into sperm production the way they behave in healthy human testicles and potentially used for developing novel in-vitro fertilization treatments.
