Depends on the model, some models from the Ideapad, ThinkBook and Yoga consumer lineups do offer 32GB configuration.

Lenovo is crippling their IdeaPad flagship by offering up to only 16GB RAM. That's not even enough to run Chrome, Photoshop, and Spotify simultaneously.
