You are super wrong and instead of explaining in depth - anandtech and Andrei's A15 review, he explains in depth why and especially for that game.

tl:dr maxed out genshin impact* look far BETTER on iphone 13 pro max vs galaxy s21 ultra (more effects) AND is running with HIGHER resolution! This is the moment where 1:1 comparison ends, but even then it blows away out of the water in performance and even if not locked 60fps it stays way higher vs any android flagship.
