This discourse was last relevant ~10 years ago. iOS now looks exactly the same as any other, and has comparable engineering quality (as in atrocious).
So what are we arguing about? Whose UI's more flat? Who sells more of your data to Chinese firms?.. Let it go.

Apple's iPhones all but dominated their market in the US in the third quarter of 2020 with a share of just under 40%. Now, they have maintained their #1 spot in the same quarter of 2021 (3Q2021), having grown their cut to just over 40%. Meanwhile, LG's absence this year has led to an increased presence for OnePlus and Motorola.
