Firefox has been irrelevant since 2016 or so, when it was taken over by trannies. Brendan Eich, co founder, was booted by these usurpers and started a new, better browser: Brave
It wasn't needed in the article, but now I can reply to your statement: Brave definitely gets my vote these days as well. The BAT cryptocurrency is also something to look forward to (I purchased a small amount in December 2020, now it's 5 times more valuable).

I have been using Firefox since before it was called Firefox. It is not only relevant, but it's the best browser out there for two reasons. The first is that it's not Chromium and hence not subject to the same attacks that all Chromium browsers expose. The second is that it just works better. At work, I use Edge, Chrome and Firefox and Firefox is my primary browser. At home, I only use Firefox.
People can think that Firefox is irrelevant. Imagine if hackers only focused on one Chromium engine and tried to hack it, and did. Then all Chromium browsers would be exposed. Oh wait, that does happen and Firefox stands alone! Plus, do you really want one company to control all web browsers like the old days when Netscape was the only/best option?
Speaking of non-Chromium browsers of old, ever tried K-Ninja?
I agree with you regarding monopoly. It was very sad to see Opera drop its rendering engine and turning the browser into a mere shade of its former self... now it's happening again (Maxthon 5 to Maxthon 6, for example, a transition that I have been avoiding for a while).

Using Firefox here. Did the transition from Chrome back to Firefox a little over a year ago, and although it was kind'a "work" to have everything how I wanted (I have tons of customizations and add-ons), it was really worth it.
Would you be so kind to share some customization/extension tips with the rest of us here? Thank you in advance!
