Die Massenproduktion von TSMCs N3-Verfahren sollte in der zweiten Hälfte nächsten Jahres starten, offenbar kommt es aber zu Verzögerungen, wodurch das iPhone 14 noch mit einem 5 nm SoC ausgestattet sein soll – durch TSMCs N4P-Verfahren könnte die Performance dennoch verbessert werden.
