Xiaomi has had quite a busy year when it comes to electric and autonomous vehicles (AVs). Not only has it registered its electric vehicle division, but it has also invested in or acquired several AV-related startups. Now, it has confirmed to fans and investors when it will start mass-producing EVs, hinting at a release sometime this decade.
