Today (October 8, 2021) is the day the OLED version of the Nintendo Switch goes to general release following pre-orders. However, this new display variant of the popular console is, of course, facing stock outages in many markets. Some platforms may have units for sale, but are declaring weeks-long delays before they can be delivered.
